KatadataOTO – Catur Budi Harto, former Deputy President Director of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), has come under the spotlight after being named a suspect in the alleged corruption case involving the procurement of electronic data capture (EDC) machines at BRI for the 2020-2024 period.
In the case, the anti-corruption agency revealed that four other people were involved. Meanwhile, the losses caused by the case are estimated to reach Rp 2.1 trillion.
His designation as a suspect in the corruption case has led the public to inquire about his wealth, including his vehicle collection, which is estimated to be worth billions of rupiah.
Based on the State Official's Wealth Report (LHKPN), Catur Budi Harto has total assets of 83.1 billion. Of this amount, Rp 3.375 billion comes from Transportation and Machinery.
His first collection item is a 2005 Toyota Kijang Innova. The car, which was self-acquired, is estimated to be worth Rp 75 million.
The second car recorded as his is a 2018 Toyota Alphard. The vehicle, valued at Ro 950 million, was self-acquired.
Next is a 2015 Mini Cooper S Countryman AT valued at Rp 470 million. This unit is also claimed to be self-acquired.
Then there is a 2015 BMW X5 in his collection, which was self-acquired. The car is estimated to be worth Ro 450 million.
Besides cars, he is also recorded as owning several two-wheeled motor vehicles. The LHKPN states he has a 2016 Piaggio V 946 with an estimated price of Rp 675 million.
He also owns a 2021 Honda CT125AM. The motorcycle was self-acquired with a value of Rp 600 million.
In addition to motor vehicles, he also owns several bicycles of considerable value. The brands are diverse, ranging from BMX, Brompton to Alex Molton.
Meanwhile, his largest assets come from Land and Buildings, valued at Rp 37.627 billion. Catur Budi Harto also has securities worth Rp 21.4 billion.
Despite having abundant wealth, he still has a debt of Rp 9.9 billion.
