How GWM Pampers Tank 300 Diesel Owners, There's a 1 Million Km Warranty

“There is a warranty of up to 1 million kilometers, so our consumers can certainly feel safe using it for daily activities,” said Bagus Susanto, CEO of GWM Indonesia in Jakarta some time ago.

Bagus stated that they intentionally provide this warranty. This is to pamper the owners of the GWM Tank 300 Diesel.

Consumers don't need to worry about relying on their product for various activities. Such as going to the office, traveling with family, to off-roading.

“They don't need to worry about engine performance. We provide a warranty of 1 million kilometers or 10 years,” he added.

What's more unique, the guarantee is not only valid for the first owner. But can also be enjoyed by the next user.

So when the GWM Tank 300 Diesel changes hands or is sold, the aforementioned warranty can still be utilized.

A similar sentiment was also expressed by Thio Adynata, Senior Public Relations Manager of GWM Indonesia. He stated that there are a number of conditions that consumers must meet.

“The condition is that the engine and car maintenance must be done at a GWM dealership. This is so that the car's track record remains well-monitored,” concluded Thio.

Receives a Positive Reception

As a reminder, GWM claims that the Tank 300 Diesel received a warm reception after its launch at GIIAS 2025.

Thio admitted to being proud of what they have achieved. Because they were able to attract many consumers with the GWM Tank 300 Diesel.

In fact, the new car is claimed to have made a positive contribution to GWM Indonesia's sales performance in recent months.

“Finally, our sales figures (overall) surpassed 200 units for two consecutive months,” added Thio.

He explained that their distribution from factory to dealer (wholesales) in August 2025 is claimed to have increased by 300 percent.

Meanwhile, shipments from dealers to consumers (retail sales) increased by up to 200 percent. This was thanks to the warm reception for the GWM Tank 300 diesel.

For your information, according to data from the Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries (Gaikindo), the GWM Tank 300 Diesel recorded wholesales of two units in July 2025.

Then throughout August 2025, it reached 59 units. While in September 2025, it broke through to 118 units.
