Jeep Dealer Lounge PIK Officially Opens, Featuring 3S Facilities

KatadataOTO – The newest Jeep Dealer Lounge in PIK (Pantai Indah Kapuk) officially opened on Thursday (26/06). Carrying a new concept, the outlet is expected to reach more domestic consumers.

Customers can use the lounge area to wait for their vehicles during service. The area can also be used as a gathering place for Jeep community members.

“The presence of the official Jeep dealer and the first Jeep Lounge in PIK represents our commitment to offering a premium ownership experience,” said Ario Soerjo, COO of Jeep Indonesia in PIK, on Thursday.

It was further explained that the Jeep PIK dealer lounge outlet concept will also be applied to other branches in the future.

To date, Jeep has seven official workshops spread throughout Indonesia. Outside the city, its dealers are located in Bandung, Surabaya, and Sumatra.

The Jeep dealer in PIK currently provides 3S services, or Sales, Service, and Spareparts.

Furthermore, the technicians handling the Jeep vehicle line are certified according to global standards, so customers need not worry.

All Jeep customers who made purchases from the previous APM (Brand Holder Agent) or IU (General Importer) can also enjoy the facilities from PT Indomobil National Distributor.

“For those who have just bought a Jeep, there is a free service and spare parts service for one year. Meanwhile, the warranty is for three years or 100,000 km,” said Andry Oktabianus, After Sales Department Head of Jeep Indonesia on the same occasion.

Outside the dealership, all Jeep customers are also pampered with various other after-sales services. Such as a 24-hour standby call center at number 14023.

“There is Emergency Road Assistance if you experience problems on the roadside. If you need a tow, fuel, or anything else, please contact (customer service),” Andry affirmed.

Throughout 2025, Jeep has confirmed it will focus on the seven dealers first, with no further additions.
