Jeep Returns to Tease Movie Fans with Jurassic World Rebirth

KatadataOTO – Jeep is once again teasing movie lovers. This time through Jurassic World Rebirth.

One of the products from the American brand is part of the film that has been legendary for decades.

"This is a partnership that has been going on for more than 30 years," said Ario Soerjo, COO of Jeep Indonesia in Jakarta on Friday (04/07).

Ario explained that the vehicle used in Jurassic World Rebirth is the Jeep Wrangler 4Xe Mojito.

The Jeep vehicle appears in several scenes of Jurassic World Rebirth. It also appears on a number of other occasions.

"It doesn't just appear in the movie, but at the global premiere as well. The white Jeep Wrangler uses a Rebirth sticker," Aryo continued.

It should be noted, the Jeep Wrangler 4Xe is used by the actors to fight seven types of dinosaurs. For example, the Velociraptor and a baby Aquilops.

For your information, this is not the first time Jeep has taken part in a Jurassic Park film. In previous series, their products were also used.

As in the Jurassic Park Saga which was launched in 1993. At that time, the Jeep Wrangler YJ Sahara became iconic.

Especially when Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) escaped from the T-Rex. Making everyone remember that scene quite well.

Then the collaboration between Jeep and Rebirth continued. Starting with Jurassic World in 2015.

Then Fallen Kingdom in 2018 and Dominion in 2022. Jeep has always been involved in Rebirth's marketing campaigns.

Not Just in Jurassic Park

Just a reminder, Jeep's collaboration is not only with Jurassic Park.

The manufacturer from Uncle Sam's country also previously took part in the film Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.

The film involved several interesting cars. Including the Jeep Wrangler 4Xe and Gladiator which were used in a number of scenes.

The presence of these two models is claimed to suit the character of Ethan Hunt, played by Tom Cruise. He used them to perform several interesting scenes.

It should be noted that the Jeep Wrangler 4Xe already uses a 2,000 cc 4-cylinder turbo plug-in hybrid engine.

This four-wheeled vehicle is also equipped with two electric motors that support fuel efficiency.

The combination of the two is capable of producing 375 hp and 637 Nm of torque.
