KatadataOTO – Mitsubishi is rumored to be preparing a new product for Indonesian consumers. However, for now, it still exists as a prototype named the DST Concept.

At a glance from a design perspective, the SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) has a similar character to the XForce, which is already marketed domestically. Especially the fascia and taillight design.

But upon closer inspection, the Mitsubishi DST Concept has larger dimensions. It is even touted as a seven-seater version of the XForce.

PT MMKSI (Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia) has indeed been signaling the arrival of the DST Concept since the end of last year.

Based on KatadataOTO's investigation, some salespeople have already confirmed the arrival of the Mitsubishi DST Concept in the Indonesian market.

According to the salesperson, this 7-seater XForce can be ordered starting from July 2025. This timing is close to the GIIAS (Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show) 2025 automotive exhibition.

“We haven't opened orders for the DST Concept yet. But the earliest possibility is in July,” said a Mitsubishi salesperson when contacted by KatadataOTO some time ago.

For your information, GIIAS 2025 will be held at ICE BSD City from July 24 to August 3.

“There is no official price range yet. The rough estimate is between IDR 450 million and IDR 500 million,” he revealed.

For comparison, the current price of the Mitsubishi XForce in Indonesia is offered from IDR 385 million for the lowest type up to IDR 426.3 million.

The Mitsubishi DST Concept has also been registered in Indonesia, as recorded in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs (Permendagri) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2025. There are four types, namely H, M, P, and P Plus.

However, there is no detailed information about the engine yet, but it will likely use the same configuration as the Xpander and XForce.
