KatadataOTO – PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) is presenting a number of its flagship models, including the Destinator, at GJAW 2025.

Mitsubishi stated that GJAW 2025 is an opportunity for them to boost vehicle sales figures towards the end of the year.

Referring to Gaikindo data, in the period from January to October 2025, Mitsubishi's retail sales (distribution from dealers to consumers) were 55,408 units.

This makes it the fourth automotive manufacturer with the highest sales in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in October, the figure recovered to 6,264 units after having dropped to 5,703 units in September.

“The sales contribution from GJAW 2025 is 10 percent of national sales. But for Jabodetabek alone, it can be up to 30 percent,” said Yoshio Igarashi, Director of Sales & Marketing Division of PT MMKSI in Tangerang recently.

He also hopes that the number of Mitsubishi vehicle orders (SPK) can reach the target.

For comparison, at GJAW 2024, Mitsubishi managed to achieve around 1,600 units. This year, the number has been increased.

“Yes, we are increasing the target this year at GJAW 2025, to almost 2,000 units. So compared to last year, it's an increase of almost 20 percent,” said Igarashi.

Their newest model, the Mitsubishi Destinator, is said to have received a positive response from consumers, gathering nearly 13,000 orders since its launch and becoming one of the sales mainstays at GJAW 2025.

To make it easier for consumers to make a purchase, there are several programs offered to consumers during the GJAW 2025 exhibition.

For example, there are light installment programs starting from IDR 5.5 million, a low 10 percent down payment, zero percent interest, and cashback.

Then there is a trade-in program for consumers who want to replace their vehicles, as well as a long credit purchase tenor of up to seven years.

Specifically at GJAW 2025, Mitsubishi Motors is offering an accessory package for the Xpander, Xforce, and Xpander Cross models with a discount of up to 20 percent.

The Mitsubishi booth at GJAW 2025 can still be visited until this coming November 30. Test drive units are also available in the provided area, including the Mitsubishi Destinator.
