New Mitsubishi Xpander and Xpander Cross Officially Launched Today

KatadataOTO – PT MMKSI (Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia) officially launched two new variants of the Xpander and Xpander Cross today, Friday (16/05).

The launch of these new MMKSI products is Mitsubishi's response to the high consumer interest in both model lines.

“Since its launch in 2017, the Xpander has become one of the top choices for consumers. It has sold 360 thousand units and received more than 30 awards,” said Guntur Harling, General Manager of Product Strategy at PT MMKSI in Jakarta, on Friday.

A number of updates have been made to both the exterior and interior, as well as its features.

On the New Mitsubishi Xpander, the look is sportier thanks to the use of the new Signature Grille, which at a glance makes it identical to the Pajero Sport.

Then there are the New Silver Blade Aero Skirt body kit components, Black Headlight Extension Frame, and the latest bumper design. 

A black interior option is available, equipped with a new steering wheel design, an 8-inch LCD Meter, a 10-inch Head Unit, and a Multi Around Monitor.

In terms of safety, Mitsubishi has equipped both the Xpander and Xpander Cross with 6 SRS Airbags and Active Yaw Control to improve driving stability.

The Xpander Cross's appearance is also made more assertive and sporty with a new grille and wheel design. Additionally, two new color options are available: Green Bronze Metallic Two Tone and Quartz White Pearl Two Tone.

The cabin reinforces the SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) feel with a combination of red and black on the seats and dashboard.

Finally, the Exceed Tourer variant replaces the lowest trim level with the addition of features like an Engine Push Start Button.
