KatadataOTO – The Toyota Alert Service will be held again from March 27 to April 6, 2025. This program is open to assist travelers using Toyota cars to ensure their vehicles remain in optimal condition throughout the journey.
In this program, Toyota will be present at 315 locations throughout Indonesia. Of this number, 15 are 24-hour Alert Posts in strategic locations along the Eid homecoming routes, along with 300 Alert Workshops that are open during operational hours during the 2025 Eid al-Fitr national holiday and collective leave period. The facilities and services provided can also be utilized by customers of Toyota's electrified vehicles (xEV), including HEV, BEV, and PHEV.
At the 24-hour Alert Posts, Toyota provides several important services such as periodic maintenance to minor repairs. While waiting for the car to be serviced, there are facilities ready to pamper family members. These include a comfortable lounge with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and automatic massage chairs, as well as a kids' corner and game corner to make children feel comfortable.
Travelers can get a free general vehicle check-up at the Toyota Alert Posts. The inspection covers Tires, Wiper Water Level, Brake System, Oil Condition, Battery, Exterior-interior Lamps, and Undercarriage, with service fees and genuine spare part costs being the same as at official Toyota workshops. Additional benefits include a 25% discount on service fees and a free cabin disinfectant while supplies last.
If longer repairs are needed, the customer's vehicle will be recommended for towing to the nearest official Toyota workshop. Specifically at the Toyota Alert Post Cikampek KM 57, customers can utilize tire replacement services and BEV battery recharging through the Toyota EV Mobile Charging service. This also includes safety driving education and a sales corner.
A total of 300 Toyota Alert Workshops will remain open during normal working hours to provide comprehensive workshop services during the 2025 Eid al-Fitr holiday and national collective leave period. With a network of official workshops spread across most of Indonesia, customers will not face difficulties when they need periodic service or if their car requires repairs. The Toyota Mobile Service (TMS) fleet will be on standby at the alert posts and official workshops to support customer mobility.
The public can access the mTOYOTA application to get information about the locations of Toyota Alert Posts and Toyota Alert Workshops. They can also check via the Toyota Indonesia website at www.toyota.astra.co.id, and the Toyota Interactive Virtual Assistant (TARRA) chatbot on WhatsApp number 0811-1500-315. Meanwhile, the Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) service can be contacted at the phone number 1-500-898 or through the TARRA chatbot.
