KatadataOTO – Toyota Veloz Hybrid has successfully given the public more choices for electrified vehicles. Moreover, this car has various advantages that are truly needed by the public.

It's not surprising that the Toyota Veloz Hybrid was never short of visitors at the Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) 2025. This situation shows that its presence has indeed been awaited by the public.

“Toyota wants the public to be able to enjoy driving with electrification technology. Therefore, we launched the Veloz Hybrid because the car is indeed in line with customer needs,” said Henry Tanoto, Vice President Director of Toyota Astra Motor.

The great potential makes him optimistic that orders for this model will be very large.

“If you look at its history, it's been like that because with the Innova Zenix, it turned out that 80 percent actually chose the hybrid. Because there are indeed several advantages such as being more fuel-efficient, not needing external charging, so it can be used throughout Indonesia,” he added.

Not only that, Toyota also sells it at a fairly competitive price. So it is not impossible that many people will make it their first vehicle.

“The price starts from IDR 299 million to IDR 390 million. This price is only valid until the end of December 2025,” he then added.

It was previously reported that the Toyota Veloz Hybrid has been officially launched in Indonesia. This car is equipped with various advantages, including in terms of its performance.
