The renewal procedure at the Bandung mobile SIM service is the same as at the Satpas office. Simply bring the required documents and prepare the fee according to the type of SIM.

Do not miss the deadline as there is no dispensation for extending the validity period. Therefore, SIM holders are advised to process the renewal at least 14 days before the deadline printed on the card.

SIM Renewal Requirements

Please note that identity documents must be prepared as requirements, including SIM A, C, KTP, and their photocopies.

Specifically for SIM B holders, they can go directly to the Satpas office. The Bandung mobile SIM service does not handle the renewal process for this type of SIM due to different procedures.

• Photocopy of a valid KTP
• Photocopy of the old SIM and the original
• Proof of health check
• Proof of SIM psychological test

Applicants for renewal at the Bandung mobile SIM service must bring a mental health certificate from a psychology institution designated by the National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri).

People with disabilities who use hearing aids must meet all health requirements, accompanied by a doctor's recommendation and proven with a health certificate (suket).
