SIM Renewal Requirements

There are several personal identification documents that must be brought to meet the requirements. Generally, this includes SIM A, C, KTP (ID card) along with their photocopies.

SIM B holders need to go directly to the Satpas office. Make no mistake, as the Bandung mobile SIM service does not process renewals for this type of SIM due to different procedures.

• Photocopy of a valid KTP (ID card)
• Photocopy of the old SIM and the original
• Proof of health check
• Proof of SIM psychological test

Bandung Mobile SIM service applicants must prepare a certificate of mental health from a psychology institution designated by the National Police Traffic Corps.

Meanwhile, persons with disabilities who use hearing aids must meet the health requirements accompanied by a doctor's recommendation and proven with a health certificate (suket).

SIM Renewal Fees

The rules for SIM A and C renewal fees are legally regulated in Government Regulation (PP) Number 60 of 2016 concerning Non-Tax State Revenue, ranging from Rp 30,000 to Rp 80,000.

However, the renewal fees at the Bandung mobile SIM service listed in the regulation do not include other additional costs such as health checks and psychological tests.

• SIM B: Rp 80,000
• SIM C: Rp 75,000
• SIM D: Rp 30,000
