SIM Renewal Fees

The renewal fees for SIM A and C are legally regulated in Government Regulation (PP) Number 60 of 2016 concerning Non-Tax State Revenue, ranging from Rp 30,000 to Rp 80,000.

However, the renewal fees at the Bandung mobile SIM service listed in the regulation do not include other additional costs such as health checks and psychological tests. 

• SIM A: Rp 80,000
• SIM B: Rp 80,000
• SIM C: Rp 75,000
• SIM D: Rp 30,000

SIM Renewal Requirements

There are several personal identity documents that must be prepared as requirements, including SIM A, C, KTP (ID card), and their photocopies.

Specifically for SIM B holders, they can go directly to the Satpas office. The Bandung mobile SIM service does not handle the renewal process for this type of SIM due to different procedures.

• Photocopy of a valid KTP (ID card)
• Photocopy of the old SIM and the original
• Proof of health check
• Proof of SIM psychological test

Make no mistake, applicants at the Bandung Mobile SIM service are required to bring a certificate of mental health from a psychology institution designated by the National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri).

Furthermore, persons with disabilities who use hearing aids must meet the health requirements accompanied by a recommendation from a doctor and proven with a health certificate (suket).
