Jakarta Mobile Driving License Service Locations, January 10, 2025, Ahead of the Weekend

KatadataOTO – The Jakarta Mobile SIM Service is back in operation on Friday (10/1). The Metro Jaya Regional Police has deployed it to five different locations today.

Just a reminder, a driving license is only valid for five years from the date of issuance. You must not be late in renewing this card-shaped driving document.

This is in accordance with the National Police Chief Regulation number 5 of 2021, article 4. And Law number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, article 85 paragraph 2.

2024 Driving License Renewal Fees

Meanwhile, the fee for renewing a SIM A (car license), according to Government Regulation No. 60 of 2016 concerning Non-Tax State Revenue, is Rp 80,000. Then, for a SIM C (motorcycle license), the fee is just Rp 75,000.
