Driver's License Renewal Fees

The renewal fees for SIM A and C are legally regulated in Government Regulation (PP) Number 60 of 2016 concerning Non-Tax State Revenue, ranging from IDR 30,000 to IDR 80,000.

However, the renewal fee at the mobile SIM service in Bandung listed in the regulation does not include other additional costs such as health checks and psychological tests. So, make sure you prepare extra funds.

• SIM A: IDR 80,000
• SIM B: IDR 80,000
• SIM C: IDR 75,000
• SIM D: IDR 30,000

Driver's License Renewal Requirements

There are several personal identification documents that need to be brought as requirements. Usually, this includes your SIM A or C, National ID Card (KTP), and photocopies.

Specifically for SIM B holders, you are required to visit a Satpas office. The mobile SIM service in Bandung does not process SIM B renewals due to different procedures.

• Photocopy of a valid National ID Card (KTP)
• Photocopy of the old driver's license and the original
• Proof of health check
• Proof of driver's license psychological test

Applicants can prepare a certificate of mental health from a psychology institution designated by the National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri).

Meanwhile, persons with disabilities who use hearing aids must meet the health requirements, accompanied by a recommendation from a doctor and proven with a health certificate (suket).
