Locations for Bandung SIM Outlets and Mobile Samsat Service

If you want to renew your Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK), you can use the Bandung Mobile Samsat service at the Futsal Field on Jl. Supratman, Monday – Friday, from 08:30 to 13:00 WIB.

Then there is an alternative to the Bandung mobile SIM service, which is the Bandung SIM outlet, part of the National Police's SIM Administration Unit, which operates outside of police station premises.

Applicants can visit during the public area's operational hours. The Bandung SIM outlet is available at Metro Indah Mall, 1st Floor, Block FF – A6 No. 29, Jl. Soekarno Hatta No. 590.

SIM Renewal Requirements

Prepare several personal identification documents to meet the SIM renewal requirements. This usually includes SIM A, C, and your ID card (KTP) along with copies.

Specifically for SIM B holders, you must go directly to the Satpas office. The Bandung mobile SIM service does not process renewals for this type of license due to different procedures.

• A photocopy of a valid ID card (KTP)
• A photocopy of the old SIM and the original
• Proof of a health check
• Proof of a SIM psychological test

Applicants for the Bandung Mobile SIM service are required to bring a certificate of mental health from a psychological institution designated by the National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri).

Meanwhile, persons with disabilities who use hearing aids must meet the health requirements, accompanied by a doctor's recommendation and proven with a health certificate.
