SIM Renewal Requirements

Several personal identification documents need to be brought as requirements. Generally, this includes SIM A, C, KTP (ID card) along with their photocopies.

Specifically for SIM B holders, they can go directly to the Satpas office. The Bandung mobile SIM service does not handle the renewal process for this type of SIM due to different procedures.

• Photocopy of a valid KTP (ID card)
• Photocopy of the old SIM and the original
• Proof of health check
• Proof of SIM psychological test

Applicants at the Bandung Mobile SIM service are required to prepare a certificate of mental health from a psychology institution designated by the National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri).

Furthermore, persons with disabilities who use hearing aids must meet the health requirements accompanied by a doctor's recommendation, proven by a health certificate (suket).

STNK (Vehicle Registration Certificate) validity extension can be processed at the Bandung Mobile Samsat, located at the Futsal Field on Jl. Supratman, Monday – Friday, from 08:30 AM to 01:00 PM (WIB).

Meanwhile, another option besides the Bandung mobile SIM service is the Bandung SIM outlet, which is part of the SIM Administration Organizing Unit, a police work unit outside the Police Station environment.
