SIM Renewal Requirements

Please note that personal identification documents must be prepared as requirements, including SIM A, C, KTP (ID card) and their photocopies.

Specifically for SIM B holders, they can go directly to the Satpas office. The Bandung Mobile SIM service does not handle the renewal process for this type of SIM due to different procedures.

• Photocopy of a valid KTP (ID card)
• Photocopy of the old SIM and the original
• Proof of health check
• Proof of SIM psychological test

Applicants for renewal at the Bandung Mobile SIM service must bring a certificate of mental health from a psychology institution designated by the National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri).

Persons with disabilities who use hearing aids must meet all health requirements, accompanied by a doctor's recommendation and proven with a health certificate (suket).

If you want to renew your STNK (Vehicle Registration Certificate), you can visit the Bandung Mobile Samsat, located at the Futsal Field on Jl. Supratman, Monday – Friday, from 08:30 to 13:00 WIB.

Meanwhile, there is also an alternative to the Bandung Mobile SIM service, the Bandung SIM outlet, which is part of the National Police's SIM Administration Unit operating outside the Police Office environment.
