KatadataOTO – PT Balai Lelang Asta Nara Jaya has launched the Auksi App, an application with the concept of "Auction in Your Hand". With this, customers will find it easier to follow the process anytime and from anywhere via their smartphone.
The launch of this application marks the company's step in strengthening its digital transformation and improving service efficiency. The Auksi App presents a new experience for customers because the entire process is now available in one application.
Previously, customers had to access several different platforms to view units, register, bid, and manage documents. This was certainly inconvenient for participants and made the process longer.
The application also introduces an integrated deposit system. Through this new feature, customers can reuse or transfer deposits between events without repetitive manual processes.
Document management, such as vehicle unit collection and BPKB (Vehicle Ownership Book) documents, can now be done from the application. Therefore, customers do not need to contact Auksi repeatedly or make excessive physical visits.
“We see the acceleration of technology as a catalyst for changing how customers interact with the auction world. Thanks to this application, the entire process is now integrated, transparent, and more efficient,” said March Teguh Armadi, President Director of Auksi (13/12).
For convenience, customers who have already participated in car auctions via the website do not need to re-register. This is because all data is automatically synchronized.
The Auksi App is now available for Android devices. Meanwhile, customers using iOS or PC devices can still participate in auctions through the company's website.
However, it should be remembered that buying a car at auction is not an easy matter. This is because the vehicles are sold in "as is" condition.
The company does not perform any repairs, so prospective participants must conduct an in-person inspection. This way, it is hoped that the vehicle's condition can be known for certain.
For convenience, Auksi has already provided an objective assessment of the vehicles. It is hoped that this will provide a reference for participants who do not have the chance to inspect them in person.
