Auto2000 Digiroom is designed to provide after-sales services that are more practical, integrated, and all in one hand.
Speaking of after-sales services, it is certainly related to the periodic servicing of vehicles. It is said that by using Digiroom, vehicle maintenance activities become more special.
“We definitely prioritize those who book because we already know the type of car. So we can be more ready,” said Anton Jimmy Suwandi, Chief Executive of Auto2000 in BSD (06/12).
It was further stated that through service booking, the required car spare parts are prepared in advance. Mechanics and service bays are well-organized.
He also claimed that through digital booking, customers will be at the front of the line. This is because these customers have made an extra effort.
“We have prepared everything, so when the customer arrives, it can be handled immediately. The service can also be faster,” explained Anton.
Then, to attract more customers, various other benefits are prepared. This increases the interest in relying on the application more often.
This is because customers can get multiple benefits by using the Digiroom application.
“Many of the benefits will be digital; they can get points. Then they can be exchanged for vouchers for spare parts or accessories and others,” said Anton.
