KatadataOTO – Entering the month of Ramadan, various brands are preparing programs to support the comfort of their users during the homecoming season. One of them is Citroen Indonesia.

For your information, Citroen currently markets several models such as the C3 Aircross, C3, and the E-C3 electric car.

For all users who will be making the homecoming trip, several conveniences are provided by PT Indomobil National Distributor.

“We have the Citroen standby workshop program. During the customer's homecoming trip, workshops will remain open in four major cities: Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, and Surabaya,” said Andry Oktavianus, Aftersales Department Head of PT Indomobil National Distributor in Jakarta, Monday (17/03).

Later, the four workshops will operate on March 29-30, continuing on April 2-6, 2025.

He explained that Citroen has ensured the availability of spare parts at the relevant outlets so customers do not need to worry if they experience vehicle problems on their journey.

“If there is a sudden problem on the road, we have a special service, 24-hour emergency. So for customers who break down in the middle of the road, we have towing,” Andry affirmed.

To use this service, Andry revealed that customers simply need to call the number 14023.

Purchase Program During the Month of Ramadan

It was further explained that if customers are interested in purchasing the new manual transmission C3 car launched at IIMS 2025, they can get several benefits.

“First, we provide a free gasoline voucher, then a free accessory pack to enhance its appearance,” said Ferdinan Hendra, Sales and Marketing Division Head of Citroen Indonesia on the same occasion.

Manual C3 customers will also get a bonus in the form of free window film to be installed on their vehicles.

This is also part of the commitment to strengthening Citroen's DNA, which is synonymous with comfort, both at the time of purchase and when using the vehicle for mobility.

In addition, a trade-in program is available, which can be utilized by prospective buyers who want to exchange their car for a Citroen.
