How to Maximize Car Audio, Just Install These Two Components

For that reason, Audio Plus Indonesia as the manufacturer of the Harmonic Harmony brand, has launched two new products.

They are the Acoustic Harmony Device (AHD). Then there is also the EHD Reference which works at three points: ground, source, and electronics.

“These two products are designed to overcome the main problems in a car audio system,” said Andreas Tjahjadi, CEO of Audio Plus Indonesia in West Jakarta, Thursday (22/10).

Andreas further explained that a car audio system requires a clean electrical flow. There should be no current leakage or 'dirty' current.

Therefore, they created the EHD Reference. Its main task is to filter the electrical flow.

“All electricity at home is channeled to the ground, to the earth, so that if there is any interference or lightning, it is discharged to the ground. The same goes for a car,” said Andreas.

Then, the source part works on the Digital Signal Processor (DSP) system or the sound source. This part is said to require a perfect electrical flow.

Meanwhile, electronic parts like the amplifier are the same. So there should be no resistance during operation.

“They work in synergy, so once the three are used and combined, their strength becomes better and more compact,” Andreas continued.

Andreas said that the cables in a car usually have quite large electromagnetic waves.

Therefore, the EHD Reference is needed to prevent electromagnetic waves from entering the head unit and the amplifier.

“This device is able to significantly reduce the noise level without changing the original sound character of the audio system,” he emphasized.

Thus, the music sounds clearer, more distinct, lively, and emotional when enjoyed by users of four-wheeled vehicles.

On the other hand, they also complement it with the AHD Series. It functions to reduce echo and resonance inside the car cabin.

AHD works by controlling the electromagnetic field using materials like carbon fiber.
