Mobeng Opens New Branch, Ready to Serve East Jakarta Consumers

KatadataOTO – Planet Ban's partner workshop, Mobeng, has officially opened a new branch in Duren Sawit, targeting four-wheeled vehicle users in the East Jakarta area.

A range of car repairs and services can be utilized by consumers. The outlet is open for 12 hours starting from 09:00 AM WIB.

“We are here to provide consumers with options for four-wheeled vehicle maintenance. At Mobeng, we also provide services from AC to suspension,” said Alfonsius Adriyanto, Deputy COO of Mobeng in Jakarta, Thursday (19/05).

He further explained that Mobeng Duren Sawit is the 23rd branch of various outlets spread throughout Indonesia.

“The focus is on the island of Java, because the vehicle population is quite high. The cars we accept are mostly Japanese and Chinese cars,” said Alfons.

Meanwhile, for electric cars, Alfons said that suspension repairs and maintenance can be done at Mobeng Duren Sawit.

The opening of a new branch in the East Jakarta area is expected to expand access to vehicle maintenance for the public.

In the future, Mobeng is committed to expanding its network in various cities to reach more four-wheeled vehicle consumers.

“Mobeng currently has 23 stores spread from Surabaya, Bandung, and Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi),” he said.

Services at Mobeng Duren Sawit

Overall, Mobeng Duren Sawit offers periodic maintenance services, oil changes, and tire replacements.

Carrying the 'New Engine Feel' concept, Mobeng offers a variety of car care packages.

“We have additives to clean pollutants, then auto injector clean up, intake cleaner, and it's packaged with oil,” explained Alfons.

However, there is a limitation on the age of cars that can be serviced at the workshop, namely vehicles that are at most 10 years old.

“But if we see that it's still possible for us to service it, we will do it,” he said.

Regarding the cost, the figures vary depending on the type or maintenance package chosen by the consumer.

However, for maintenance, prospective customers should prepare a budget of at least Rp 600,000.
