Toyota Yaris Cross Gets a New Variant, Looks Even Sportier

KatadataOTO – Toyota Yaris Cross is now available in a new variant in Thailand, the Nightshade. The model looks sportier and interestingly features a redesigned grille.

The front of the Toyota Yaris Cross now adopts a Metro Stylish concept. Behind the T emblem, the grille is replaced by a body-colored panel.

Furthermore, the entire exterior is equipped with several additional body kits and black-colored accents.

At a glance, the Toyota Yaris Cross Nightshade appears to have received a minor update thanks to this grille change.

Additionally, the Toyota Yaris Cross Nightshade's wheels are finished in black to match the black accents all over the body.

Other components, including the intake garnish, cladding, side mirrors, rear door, and spoiler, are finished in black to enhance the sporty feel of the Toyota Yaris Cross.

As a new variant that emphasizes a sporty identity, the Toyota Yaris Cross is only available in two-tone color options with a base color of Cement Gray Metallic or Platinum White Pearl.

Meanwhile, the interior has a dark theme. The door trim, transmission lever, center console, and steering wheel use leather material.

In Thailand, the model is built on the top-tier Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid base. The features are the same, still including a Panoramic Sunroof, Wireless Charging, and a 10.1-inch infotainment screen.

The Toyota Yaris Cross Nightshade is the highest variant of this model in Thailand. It is priced starting from 919,000 baht, approximately 478.8 million rupiah.

For your information, the Toyota Yaris Cross in Indonesia is available in non-hybrid and hybrid engine options with a 1,500 cc engine capacity.

PT Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) presents the Yaris Cross Hybrid GR Parts Aero Package variant, which makes it look more dashing.

Speaking of price, the current price of the Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid is IDR 449.1 million for the CVT TSS Premium Color type.

Meanwhile, the HV SVT TSS Dual Tone (Premium Color) is the highest variant. It is priced at around IDR 451.6 million.
