KatadataOTO – Mitsubishi Xforce is one of the compact Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) options that  offers various advantages, especially for the people of Indonesia.

This product first debuted in Indonesia at the GIIAS 2023 event and garnered a positive response from consumers.

Then in the following year, the Mitsubishi Xforce received a more complete addition to its Diamond Sense technology, a series of safety features or Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) typical of Mitsubishi Motors that helps maintain safety while driving.

It certainly offers a higher quality in line with the character of the Mitsubishi Xforce as a modern and tough family car.

Before the addition of Diamond Sense, the safety features on the Mitsubishi Xforce were already complete, including Active Stability Control, Hill Start Assist, Blind Spot Warning, and Tire Pressure Monitoring.

However, in the Ultimate Diamond Sense variant, several additions were made. The first is Rear Cross Traffic Alert, or RCTA.

RCTA can help the driver anticipate accidents in scenarios such as reversing in a parking area.

If an object is detected, the car provides a notification or warning to the driver, thus helping to prevent a collision.

Next is the Forward Collision Mitigation system. Similar to RCTA, but it helps the driver prevent collisions at the front of the Mitsubishi Xforce.

An equally important feature is Blind Spot Warning. The driver is assisted by a notification or warning if there is an object in the vehicle's blind spot area that is not visible from the cabin or side mirrors.

Next is Adaptive Cruise Control. The car's acceleration and braking while driving, especially on highways, can be assisted by the car, thus helping to reduce fatigue.

Not to forget Auto High Beam. This feature adjusts the performance of the headlights so as not to dazzle other drivers while still providing the best visibility for the driver.

The modern appearance of the Mitsubishi Xforce and its embedded safety features are also balanced by the comfort of the passenger cabin.

The Mitsubishi Xforce has a length of 4,390 mm, a width of 1,810 mm, a height of 1,660 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,650 mm, which makes both the first and second-row cabins feel spacious.

So, passenger comfort can still be felt even on long journeys. The cabin is spacious, and there is a dual-zone AC so the driver and passenger cabin temperatures can be set individually according to preference.

Lastly, there is a 12.3-inch audio display screen that can connect to Bluetooth and is integrated with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The journey is also no longer boring, accompanied by a high-quality audio system from Yamaha.

If interested, the Mitsubishi Xforce is sold starting from Rp 388 million. Its highest variant, equipped with Diamond Sense, is sold for Rp 429.3 million on the road in Jakarta.
