KatadataOTO – Car shipments from factory to dealer, or wholesales, in the Low Multi Purpose Vehicle (LMPV) segment experienced a slight decline this month.

In November 2025, the wholesale figure was 6,303 units. This figure is down 0.86 percent from October's 6,358 units.

Despite this, a number of models actually recorded a positive trend in November. For example, the Toyota Avanza.

One of the favorite LMPVs for Indonesian consumers was distributed to dealers with 3,272 units, an increase of 19.9 percent from the previous month's 2,727 units.

Then the Daihatsu Xenia, which had 480 units shipped in October, increased by 14.5 percent to 550 units.

On the other hand, the Hyundai Stargazer experienced another decline. The wholesales for this LMPV, including its refreshed version, the Cartenz, was only 337 units, a decrease of 25.9 percent from the previous achievement.

In comparison, in October 2025, the Hyundai Stargazer and Stargazer Cartenz successfully shipped 455 units.

The Nissan Livina still recorded negative results in November 2025. It should be noted that since September 2025, this twin of the Mitsubishi Xpander has no longer been shipped to dealers.

For your information, LMPVs are sold with a price tag in the range of Rp 200 million to Rp 300 million. This makes it an attractive choice for people who need a 7-seater configuration vehicle.
