Isuzu's Free Mudik Program Returns for Eid al-Fitr 2025

KatadataOTO – The free homecoming program is once again being held by several parties for the Lebaran 2025 moment. One of them is conducted by IAMI (Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia).

This is a form of their commitment to accompanying the public's journey to their hometowns.

It also provides a sense of security with Isuzu, allowing participants to meet their relatives.

"This is a form of our appreciation for Isuzu's partners. Such as truck, pickup, and bus drivers, as well as mechanics," said Yusak Kristian, President Director of IAMI in Central Jakarta, Wednesday (05/03).

Yusak stated that the free homecoming with Isuzu is expected to help the community, especially drivers and mechanics.

Especially for 2025, they are making it bigger compared to last year.

Isuzu is increasing the number of participants for the free homecoming. This year, up to 400 spots are available.

Isuzu is also expanding the range of departures. It is now available for more than 30 cities on the island of Java.

"Previously, it was only for drivers, but now we are expanding its scope to include mechanics as well. Because they have an important role in vehicle maintenance," continued Yusak.

Through the free homecoming program with Isuzu, he hopes that not many more people will travel to their hometowns using motorcycles.

This can reduce the number of accidents involving two-wheeled vehicles during the Lebaran 2025 homecoming season.

"That's why we are helping the government to avoid that (going home by motorcycle)," Yusak affirmed.

It should be noted that besides free transportation, they also provide various facilities, such as a comfortable waiting room with a photobooth.

Not to forget massage chairs, free takjil (iftar snacks), exclusive merchandise, as well as door prizes and THR (holiday bonus) for lucky participants.

On the other hand, to support the comfort and safety of the participants, Isuzu is also partnering with TRAC as the transportation service provider.

For your information, the free homecoming program with Isuzu will take place at the Isuzu Training Center, Pondok Ungu, Bekasi. The participants will then be dispatched on March 28, 2025.
