KatadataOTO – The naked sport motorcycle Kawasaki Z1100 ABS 2026 has officially launched in Indonesia. This model, which debuted in September 2025, is offered with a number of advantages for high-performance motorcycle enthusiasts.

The Kawasaki Z1100 ABS is the flagship naked sport motorcycle successor to the Z1000, introduced by PT KMI in the country.

Its design is still distinctively Kawasaki with the sugomi philosophy, featuring an aggressive front fender and footpegs. The dimensions (L x W x H) of this motorcycle are 2,055 mm x 825 mm x 1,085 mm.

Furthermore, the Kawasaki Z1100 ABS is equipped with wide aluminum fat bar handlebars, claimed to enhance the motorcycle's ergonomics, control, and agility when ridden.

The color option, Ebony/Metallic Carbon Gray, reinforces the sporty character of the Kawasaki Z1100.

“As the flagship supernaked, the Kawasaki Z1100 is designed to provide a balance between great power and mature control,” said Michael C. Tanadhi, Department Head of Sales and Promotion at PT KMI, in an official statement, quoted on Tuesday (09/12).

Speaking of the powertrain, the Kawasaki Z1100 is embedded with a 1,099 cc engine that offers strong low-mid torque and high-rpm linear acceleration, resulting in a smooth yet powerful performance.

This configuration is claimed to produce 100 kW (134.1 hp) of power and a peak torque of 113 Nm.

The features on the Kawasaki Z1100 are claimed to be increasingly comprehensive. There is an Inertial Measurement Unit or IMU, which makes the riding modes' performance precise and adaptive.

The instrument panel is five inches and has integrated the Rideology The App Motorcycle. This allows the vehicle to be accessed via a smart device.

“The presence of IMU-based systems, KQS up/down, and the latest TFT meter shows our commitment to providing a product that is not only strong in performance but also relevant to current technological standards,” Michael affirmed.

For interested consumers, the price of the Kawasaki Z1100 ABS model year 2026 is sold in Indonesia for IDR 399.9 million. That figure is the on-the-road price for Jakarta.

The motorcycle will then be available at various official dealer networks of Kawasaki Motor Indonesia in December 2025.
