Understanding the Importance of Synthetic Oil for Automatic Motorcycles

One of the recommended lubricants is synthetic oil. This is because it has several advantages for the vehicle.

First, its boiling point is higher than mineral oil. Making it fire-resistant and stable at very extreme temperatures.

Additionally, synthetic oil also has better oxidation stability. And a lower friction level than mineral lubricants.

Based on this, Federal Oil held the Feders Gathering 2025, themed 'Comfort Zone,' on Sunday (26/10).

The event, held at Hens 99 - Tipis-Tipis Aja, Semarang, was specifically for automatic scooter users.

As a form of appreciation and an effort to strengthen the relationship between the brand and the automatic scooter user communities in the Central Java region.

"We are very enthusiastic to continue the Feders Gathering in Semarang," said Rommy Averdy Saat, Market Development General Manager of ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia in an official statement on Tuesday (29/10).

Rommy explained that this time the event started with a city ride with hundreds of participants from various automatic scooter communities.

The city ride route passed through the icons of Semarang City. For example, Lawang Sewu, Simpang Lima, the Old Town, and visiting several Federal Oil Centers (FOC).

At each FOC, participants will get a hands-on experience of changing their lubricant with Federal Matic products.

Participants also took part in exciting challenges prepared by the committee, adding to the festivity of the Feders Gathering 2025.

There was also an educational sharing session with representatives from Federal Oil and the communities. They discussed the importance of synthetic oil that suits the characteristics of an automatic scooter's engine.

Finally, various interesting entertainments were provided, such as interactive games and prize giveaways for the best community.

"This city also has active and loyal automatic scooter communities. We want to be closer to them," Rommy continued.
