KatadataOTO – Federal Oil introduces its newest product for automatic motorcycles in the country. Federal Racing Matic now comes with improved quality.

Federal Racing Matic has obtained the API SN specification, an upgrade from the previous API SL. This change offers a number of significant advantages.

“Federal Racing Matic Full Synthetic with API SN certification is our answer to the needs of Indonesian consumers,” said Rommy Averdy Saat, Market Development General Manager of PT EMLI (ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia), quoted from a press release (23/10).

This standard is able to provide more protection against wear, sludge, and deposits. Thus, it can maintain engine cleanliness more optimally.

Then there is also better oxidation protection, safeguarding the catalyst for modern engines with low phosphorus (P) levels.

Low phosphorus levels make the engine resistant to corrosion. In addition, it also has a minimal friction coefficient.

This lubricant is able to strictly control volatility. As a result, it can prevent oil from evaporating in the engine.

Furthermore, the full synthetic Federal Racing Matic technology is claimed to maximally support engine performance.

For your information, the API SN standard in lubricants is believed to be a solution to the government's plan to use E10 gasoline.

The ethanol content in gasoline is believed to be able to bind water. Meanwhile, the presence of water can trigger corrosion.

SN-standard lubricants have a better formulation for protection against heat and corrosion. Furthermore, it can extend the life of motor vehicle engines.

“With the API SN standard and full synthetic technology, we present a lubricant that is not only technically superior, but also provides a sense of safety and comfort for riders,” explained Rommy.
