IBID Has a New Office, Ready to Pamper Used Car Buyers

KatadataOTO – Serasi Auction House (IBID) continues to expand its wings in the Indonesian automotive world. This effort is to pamper used car buyers.

Recently, IBID just inaugurated a new automotive auction center at Jalan Raya Bogor Number 12, Pekayon, Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta.

"The relocation of this IBID auction center is a form of IBID's readiness to accommodate business growth and answer market needs," said Daddy Doxa Manurung, IBID President Director in Jakarta, Tuesday (15/07).

Furthermore, Doxa stated that the new IBID office is equipped with a number of facilities.

Such as a wider vehicle pool area, capable of accommodating 700-800 car and motorcycle units.

The number above is claimed to be 2.5 times larger than the previous office. So it can serve more consumers.

In addition, it allows IBID to manage a larger number of auction units with increasingly efficient operational governance.

This step is part of IBID's strategy to provide a better experience and service to customers, both individuals and corporations.

"IBID remains committed to strengthening its position as a trusted automotive auction house in Indonesia," he continued.

On the other hand, the used car auction house is not only opening a new office in East Jakarta.

But they also updated their online application. Designed to make it easy for customers to auction from anywhere and at any time safely and comfortably.

"So that (we) can provide higher added value for all customers," Doxa affirmed.

For your information, IBID has moved offices several times. From the Ciputat area, Tangerang; Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta to Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.

Doxa revealed that IBID currently has 11 branches and 23 pools spread throughout Indonesia.

"Besides here (East Jakarta), we are also in Cikunir with a capacity of 300-400 vehicle units," Doxa affirmed.

Therefore, Doxa hopes that with the presence of the new IBID office, more people will buy used cars and motorcycles from them.
