KatadataOTO – The Bandung Mobile SIM service is one of the facilities provided to make it easier for SIM holders to renew their licenses.

With the Bandung Mobile SIM service, applicants do not need to bother looking for the nearest Satpas office. However, please remember that this service cannot process licenses that have already expired or passed the deadline printed on the card.

Since there are no dispensations, make sure you renew your SIM at least 14 days before it expires.

SIM Renewal Requirements

Please note that several identity documents need to be brought as requirements. Generally, this includes SIM A, C, KTP (National ID Card) along with their photocopies.

However, holders of a SIM B must go directly to the Satpas office. The Bandung Mobile SIM service does not process renewals for this type of license due to different procedures.

• Photocopy of a valid KTP (National ID Card)
• Photocopy of the old SIM and the original
• Proof of health check
• Proof of SIM psychological test
