Sales Decline in Indonesia Draws Attention from Toyota Japan

20 Best-Selling Car Brands in 2025, Toyota and Daihatsu at the Top
Toyota continues to demonstrate its dominance, especially as the best-selling car brand, after recording 258,268 units.

In terms of retail sales, the figure reached 833,692 units. Meanwhile, distribution from factory to dealer (wholesale) was at the level of 803,687 units.
This achievement was positive thanks to a rapid increase towards the end of the year. In December 2025, retail car sales reached 93,833 units.
There was an increase of 18.3 percent or 14,485 units, when compared to sales in November 2025, which were 79,348 units.
