4 Subaru Models with Quirky Designs, Outback Is One of Them

The next oddity is the size of the front bumper, which is large and tapers towards the back. This made it seem disproportionate.

3. Subaru Tribeca (2006-2014)

In the early 2000s, Subaru tried to introduce a premium SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) by launching the Tribeca.

The Subaru Tribeca has a rather unique fascia. The shape of its grille extends from the right side to the left.

However, the center is separated into a rounded shape with five slats. It is then completed with the Subaru logo.

The design of its main headlights was also considered no less quirky, extending upwards and resembling frog eyes.

4. Subaru Impreza Casa Blanca (1991)

Finally, the 1999 Subaru Impreza Casa Blanca completes the lineup of Japanese products with quirky designs. 

At the front, there are rounded headlights separated into four, identical to Mercedes-Benz. However, the grille seems to adopt the kidney grille design from BMW.

Additionally, chrome accents are placed on the left and right sides of the front bumper, offering a unique and classic impression for this Subaru product.
