According to reports from automotive media in China, one of Rely's newest pickups has been spotted undergoing road tests and has large dimensions with a length of at least 5.4 meters.

The newest pickup from Chery Rely has the potential to become a new rival to other Chinese brands like BYD (Build Your Dreams).

BYD has already launched an environmentally friendly pickup with PHEV technology, the Shark 6. In fact, the brand has already been registered in Indonesia, although news of its arrival is still unclear.

List of Chinese Car Sub-Brands in Indonesia

Several Chinese manufacturers in Indonesia are optimistic about introducing their sub-brands due to the positive development of environmentally friendly vehicles in Indonesia.

BYD is bringing its premium brand Denza this year, offering the premium electric-powered MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicle) Denza D9 with a competitive price of around Rp 950 million on the road in Jakarta.

Then, GWM is introducing the Tank and Haval lines, all of which still use hybrid technology. However, the plan is for the Ora sub-brand to arrive with electric cars.

Meanwhile, two sub-brands from the Chery Group have begun to aggressively market their products domestically, namely Jaecoo and Jetour.

While Chery is aggressive in the EV (Electric Vehicle) space, Jaecoo is debuting with a PHEV, and Jetour is starting its journey with gasoline-powered cars.

However, all of these brands will bring their own electric vehicle models to the country's automotive market in the near future.
