Jetour's New Car Sales Collapsed in May 2025, Plummeting 80 Percent

As a reminder, they have marketed two cars for consumers in Indonesia. Starting from the Jetour Dashing and the X70 Plus.

Jetour is also the only manufacturer from China that only sells pure gasoline units. Meanwhile, other brands offer electrification line options. 

In fact, brands like Chery, Jaecoo, and BYD have attracted many consumers from the sales of environmentally friendly cars.

Previously Lowered Car Prices

For your information, Jetour had revised the prices of the Dashing and X70 plus in mid-March 2025.

It should be noted, the initial on-the-road price of the Dashing was around Rp 403.8 million. Meanwhile, the Jetour X70 Plus was offered at around Rp 418.8 million.

But as of March 2025, the prices above dropped. By almost Rp 40 million for each model.

Specifically, the Dashing was sold for around Rp 359.7 million while the X70 Plus also went below Rp 400 million, at Rp 396.2 million.

“An attractive model will become even more attractive with a competitive price. Both now have a new pricing format,” said Moch. Ranggy Rahadiansyah, Marketing Director of PT Jetour Motor Indonesia some time ago.

According to Ranggy, the decision was made after conducting direct research and surveys with Jetour consumers in Indonesia.
