KatadataOTO – The selection of LCGC (low cost green car) is currently diverse and offered at competitive prices. This makes it suitable for consumers who are first-time car buyers.

The majority of LCGCs are sold for under IDR 200 million. However, some models like the Honda Brio Satya E automatic transmission type and the Toyota Agya Stylix are priced in the IDR 200 million range.

It should be noted that the Agya Stylix was launched by PT TAM (Toyota Astra Motor) at the IIMS (Indonesia International Motor Show) 2025 as an LCGC alternative with a sporty look similar to the Agya GR Sport.

There are several additional body kits on the exterior to enhance the sporty feel of the Agya Stylix.

Consumers can also purchase the additional components of the Agya Stylix separately to be installed on older Agya models they may already own.

There are several LCGC options, both in 5-seater and 7-seater configurations. Cars with compact dimensions that can accommodate five passengers include the Toyota Agya, Daihatsu Ayla, and Honda Brio.

Of the three models offered, the Daihatsu Ayla has the lowest price. Based on KatadataOTO's search on Monday (14/04), all its variants have undergone a price adjustment, dropping by up to IDR 9 million.

Similar to the Ayla, the price of the Daihatsu Sigra has also seen a decrease of IDR 13 million.

Meanwhile, Toyota and Honda have not yet changed the prices for their LCGC lines. The Agya is sold starting from IDR 173.2 million, while the Calya starts from IDR 169.6 million.
