Then, MV Agusta's operations will remain fully independent, including new product development, production, sales, marketing, and after-sales services.

“This is a proud moment for all of us. Regaining full control of the company makes us stronger and more focused than ever before,” said Timur Sardarov, CEO of Art of Mobility SA.

He is also optimistic that his company can grow rapidly in the future, despite their split with KTM.

As a reminder, KTM is indeed experiencing quite significant financial problems. The Austrian manufacturer even held a creditors' meeting in December 2024.

The meeting took place at the district court in Ried im Innkreis. They evaluated whether KTM should close or could continue to operate in the future.

Because KTM had a debt of 1.5 billion euros in 2024. However, Peter Vogl, the restructuring administrator, explained in detail about KTM's financial status.

He recommended that the company's activities continue, as it was deemed not to be detrimental to the creditors.

Furthermore, the report stated that KTM has sufficient funds to maintain operations until the next audit meeting.
