Thus, consumers do not need to worry because the Service Advisor is ready to provide the best guidance and solutions regarding motorcycle maintenance, including which spare parts will be replaced based on the service manual.
Additionally, if you want to service your motorcycle more easily without queuing, you can use the online service booking feature through the My Yamaha Motor application or their official website.
After consulting with the Service Advisor, the consumer's motorcycle will first go through the 10 Standard Motorcycle Inspection (PM 10) process.
This includes mileage, fuel, body completeness, tire condition, front and rear brake function, engine oil condition, and various other checks.
The use of spare parts at the official workshop certainly involves Yamaha parts that have been tested for quality and standard.
If during the service process a spare part is found that needs to be replaced, the Service Advisor will first confirm with the consumer. The replacement will only be done after receiving approval from the consumer.
Once approved, the spare part replacement will be carried out immediately by reliable and experienced technicians.
YDT works by connecting the motorcycle to the technician's computer.
Through YDT, malfunctions on the customer's motorcycle can be detected quickly, accurately, and efficiently. This facilitates the analysis and repair process.
After the motorcycle has been serviced, the Service Advisor team will conduct a final inspection by testing the vehicle's roadworthiness through a road test.
This test aims to ensure that your motorcycle's condition is truly optimal and ready to be used again.
It is worth noting that for every service performed at a Yamaha workshop, consumers are entitled to a service warranty for 14-30 days, depending on the type of work.
If any issues are still felt, consumers can bring their motorcycle back to the same workshop for a re-inspection by a technician.
