Piaggio Prepares New Program to Ease Vespa Consumers

She emphasized that all Vespa consumers should entrust their motorcycles to official workshops to avoid potential damage.

Also, avoid non-standard modifications to the motorcycle, as this can void the warranty and customers will need to prepare for extra costs.

“One of the warranty conditions is to perform regular servicing and use genuine spare parts at an official workshop. No accessories installed or use for racing,” she stressed.

Ayu further revealed that motorcycles from the Piaggio brand purchased by customers through general importers (IU) can still be serviced at official workshops.

Unfortunately, this is limited to units that are already sold in Indonesia, depending on the availability of spare parts.

“For motorcycles from general importers, for example the LX 125, we have the spare parts. We can facilitate (its service or repair),” she said.
