This decision was made during a coordination meeting to address the policy of Rini Widyantini, Minister of PANRB, regarding the implementation of work from anywhere (WFA) on December 29–31, 2025.

“So, what was previously a window time on the 21st–22nd (of December 2025 on toll roads), then the 21st–31st, now has no window time, meaning it is continuously in effect,” said Aan Suhanan, Director General of Land Transportation at the Ministry of Transportation.

Based on the meeting's results, the restrictions on freight transport on toll roads will be enforced without a window time from December 19, 2025, to January 4, 2026.

Thus, the ban will be in full effect 24 hours a day on toll roads during the 2025–2026 Nataru holiday period.

Meanwhile, on arterial roads, the freight transport restrictions will still use a window time, allowing passage from 10:00 PM to 05:00 AM WIB.

This decision was made to maintain a balance in distribution and ensure smooth traffic flow during the holiday season.
