How to Renew a SIM

Please be aware that the Jakarta mobile SIM service only accepts driving documents that are still valid. If it is expired by even one day, you are required to follow the creation process from the beginning.

• Register upon arrival at the Jakarta Mobile SIM service location.
• Fill out the form provided by the officer with your personal data.
• Then, after everything is filled out, submit the form and documents.
• Wait in line to be called by the officer.
• Once your name is called, you can enter the service vehicle for processing.
• Finally, you will have your photo taken for the new driving license.

• Photocopy of a valid KTP (ID card)
• Original SIM and a photocopy
• Health check results
• Proof of psychological test
