Congestion is predicted to continue to increase given the length of the Christmas and New Year 2026 holiday. Therefore, they have prepared various traffic engineering schemes, especially at points prone to congestion.
"We will anticipate the potential for congestion in the lanes by placing officers at points prone to congestion. Jasa Marga is also ready to support traffic engineering plans such as contraflow, by deploying officers and supporting signs," affirmed Rivan Achmad Purwantono, President Director of Jasa Marga.
Drivers are also urged to prepare well for their Nataru trips, obey traffic signs, and follow the directions of officers in the field.
In addition, drivers are asked to check or verify the latest information, including the contraflow schedule on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road to the Jagorawi Toll Road.
