Pertamina Claims Pertamax Meets Specifications and Is Not Adulterated

It should be noted, the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) previously revealed a suspected corruption case in crude oil management.

The case involves Riva Siahaan along with several other individuals. The Attorney General's Office revealed that the investigation of this case began with public complaints about the quality of Pertamina's fuel.

They then conducted observations and found complaints about the poor quality of the fuel. This was then linked to a number of other issues.

Such as the fuel price increase some time ago. Until finally, the Attorney General's Office named seven suspects.

The details are Rivan; Sani Dinar Saiffudin, Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization at PT Kilang Pertamina International; Yoki Firnandi, President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping; and Agus Purwono, VP of Feedstock Management at PT Kilang Pertamina International.

Also included are Muhammaf Kerry Andrianto Riza, Beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa; and Dimas Werhaspati, Commissioner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa as well as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim.

Lastly, there is Gading Ramadhan Joedo, Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim who also serves as President Director of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.

The seven individuals above are now being detained for the next 20 days. This is for further examination processes.
