KatadataOTO – New car sales in Indonesia were not very enthusiastic in April 2025. This also happened in the LCGC (Low Cost Green Car) segment.

According to data from Gaikindo (Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries), last month, a total of only 9,087 LCGC cars were shipped from the factory to dealers (wholesales).

The figure above dropped significantly compared to the previous month. Because in March 2025, it reached 12,726 units.

This means there is a difference of about 3,639 four-wheeled vehicles between April and March 2025, a considerably large number.
