Buy Chery Tiggo 8 CSH Now, Delivered to Your Home This Month

KatadataOTO – The Chery Tiggo 8 CSH has finally been officially launched in Indonesia. This PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) car can now be ordered.

It is even claimed that customers won't have to wait long to receive their units, as they will be shipped to buyers' homes shortly.

“This is ready stock; learning from past experiences, we have prepared a fairly large stock of the Chery Tiggo 8 CSH,” said Budi Darmawan, Sales Director of PT CSI (Chery Sales Indonesia) in Jakarta on Thursday (15/05).

Budi explained that they have started shipping the environmentally friendly four-wheeled vehicles to dealers.

So they can be directly distributed to the homes of consumers who have already placed orders.

“The production capacity for the Chery Tiggo 8 CSH this month is around 700 units. There is a possibility it can be increased quickly,” Budi continued.

He further explained that the new product could potentially have a waiting list if domestic consumer demand is high.

“If demand is very high, then a waiting list is unavoidable. But actually, we already have quite a lot of stock,” he asserted.

For your information, the Chery Tiggo 8 CSH offers a seven-passenger configuration. The vehicle uses dual hydraulic suspensions, making the car's ride quieter and smoother.

Then in the interior, this Chery PHEV car has a quite luxurious cabin. Equipped with a queen-seat that provides more comfort to passengers.

On the entertainment side, the Chery Tiggo 8 CSH is equipped with an intelligent voice assistant, a 15.6-inch wide-screen head unit, 50W wireless charging, AR HUD augmented reality, and more.

For performance, the four-wheeled vehicle carries a 1,500 cc turbo engine with an output of 141 hp and 215 Nm of torque.

However, when paired with the electric motor, it can produce a combined power of 201 hp and a peak torque of 310 Nm.

On the other hand, it is also equipped with plug-in hybrid technology with an integration of a Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (DHT), Dedicated Hybrid Engine (DHE), and Dedicated Hybrid Battery (DHB).

The three components produce an optimal level of efficiency without sacrificing the vehicle's comfort and performance aspects.
