Denso Lebaran Service Posts Offer Car and Bus AC Inspections

The presence of the Denso Eid Post is expected to be a solution for bus operators using Denso's air conditioning or AC systems during long journeys.

PT DSIA (Denso Sales Indonesia) Aftermarket Division-Fleet Department is committed to providing the best after-sales service through this initiative.

At this year's Denso Eid Post, customers can enjoy free bus AC inspection services by on-site technicians 24 hours a day.

“Passenger comfort during the homecoming journey is our priority, and this is a form of Denso's after-sales service commitment that we have maintained since 2012,” said Asep Priyatna, Fleet Manager of PT DSIA in his official statement, quoted Friday (28/03).

The Denso Eid Post not only serves AC checks for bus fleets but also for the private vehicles of travelers.

If a problem is found with the car's air conditioning system, certified Denso technicians will handle the issue and ensure the journey can continue without problems.

To make it easier for travelers, five Denso Eid Post locations have been prepared, complete with technicians on duty 24 hours a day.

“With our technicians ready 24 hours at strategic points, we want to provide a sense of security and comfort for our loyal customers, both bus and private vehicle users,” said Reinard Winardi, General Manager of PT DSIA.
