KatadataOTO – The Hyundai Creta Facelift will launch soon on January 9, 2025, according to an invitation recently received by our editorial team.

Although it has not been officially launched, a number of salespeople have started taking pre-orders for the Creta Facelift. The sportier N Line variant will also be introduced.

According to a Hyundai salesperson, the price will increase by around Rp 15 million to Rp 20 million compared to the previous Creta. Using the current highest-spec Creta as a reference, the price will be approximately Rp 436.8 million to Rp 441.8 million.

“There's an increase of about Rp 15 million and up. Because the Creta N Line uses a 1,500 cc Turbo engine,” said a Hyundai salesperson when contacted by KatadataOTO on Monday (6/1).

However, they were unwilling to detail the prices or the number of variants that will be launched. They then explained that the main differences between the Creta Facelift and the previous model lie in the fascia design and the engine.

Not only that, the taillight design has also completely changed, becoming more minimalist than the previous version as it resembles the headlights, using inverted L-shaped LEDs and an extended LED bar on the tailgate.

Meanwhile, another Hyundai salesperson revealed that prospective customers only need to prepare a booking fee of Rp 5 million to get on the waiting list.

“Deliveries will be in the third week of this month. The estimated price increase for the Hyundai Creta Facelift is Rp 20 million,” they told KatadataOTO.

According to the information, there will be two variants of the Hyundai Creta Facelift. The first variant uses a 1,500 cc four-cylinder engine with an IVT transmission, producing 113 hp and a peak torque of 144 Nm.
