KatadataOTO – PT HMID (Hyundai Motors Indonesia) is holding a Wheel of Fortune program with an Ioniq 6 electric car prize for the purchase of any Hyundai car model. At the end of 2024, a Hyundai Gowa customer won after purchasing a Stargazer X.

The Ioniq 6 given to the winner was white and could be taken home by the customer on the very same day.

It should be noted that the program runs from January to December 2024. The customer was Dewi Puspitasari, who purchased a matte white Stargazer X in September 2024.

“The reputation of Hyundai Gowa Fatmawati is also known to be very good. My husband and I initially had different brands in mind, but now I've grown to like Hyundai,” said Dewi Puspitasari in South Jakarta, Friday (7/2).

It was further explained that the program is also intended as a form of appreciation for their loyal customers.

“When customers buy a unit at Hyundai Gowa, we immediately direct them to participate in Hyundai's programs, one of which is the Wheel of Fortune,” said Chitra Ortho Prayundityo, Operation General Manager of Hyundai Gowa, on the same occasion.

For your information, the Stargazer X is an LSUV (low sport utility vehicle) that was launched in Indonesia at the GIIAS 2024 event.

Different from the Stargazer, its exterior is much sportier with the addition of a black-accented body kit on the car's body. This model is touted as a potential challenger to the Suzuki XL7 and Mitsubishi Xpander Cross.

Other additions to the car, such as roof rails and the bumper section, make it look sturdier and more robust. Meanwhile, the headlamps and DRLs on the fascia still retain the same design as the Stargazer.

Its two-tone wheels, which look more aggressive, are 17 inches in size. Meanwhile, the ground clearance offered is quite capable for an LSUV at 200 mm.

Another change from the previous type is a lower dashboard, resulting in better driver visibility.

In terms of features, there is still Hyundai Bluelink with an SOS button. Then, the Hyundai Smartsense ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) suite is also included to enhance driving safety.

The Hyundai Stargazer Prime type is priced at around IDR 350.8 million, while the Style variant is around IDR 340.1 million. Both prices are on-the-road for Jakarta.
