KatadataOTO – The Hyundai Creta Facelift was launched in the Indian market in early 2024. For the Indonesian market, PT HMID (Hyundai Motors Indonesia) recently signaled the arrival of the latest model in the near future.

A post from HMID's official account on Thursday (2/1) showed consumer enthusiasm for the Creta Facelift, which has not yet been introduced in the country.

“Throughout 2024, there's one car that netizens have been waiting for,” wrote the Hyundai Motors Indonesia account, quoted on Friday (3/1).

Previously, a car suspected to be the Creta Facelift or Creta N Line was caught being road-tested on the Trans-Java Toll Road area towards the end of 2024.

However, at that time, Hyundai was still reluctant to reveal their newest product. Although in terms of design and body shape, it is identical to the Hyundai Creta.

The Hyundai Creta Facelift has a fresher and more modern look compared to its predecessor. The main changes are seen in the design of the front and rear lights.

On the fascia, Hyundai has fitted headlights with a sleek and thin design equipped with an extended LED bar, which has become one of the new identities for the latest Hyundai cars.

A similar design is also used at the rear. This makes the Creta Facelift look more elegant and minimalist compared to the taillight style of the previous model.

Speaking of the powertrain, the Hyundai Creta Facelift will get an additional 1,500 cc turbo engine option paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission.

In India, this car is offered at a starting price of 1.09 million Rupees, or equivalent to around IDR 208.1 million when converted to the rupiah exchange rate.

It is possible that PT HMID will bring the N Line variant to domestic consumers. It should be noted that this is different from the high-performance N line.
