In the lawsuit with case number 96/Pdt.G/2025/PN Skt, Jokowi was deemed to have defaulted on his obligations. Aufaa was disappointed because he could not buy the Esemka Bima.
Even though the four-wheeled vehicle made by PT Solo Manufaktur Kreasi was planned to be used for business activities.
However, Aufaa found it difficult to acquire this Solo-made vehicle. He even claimed to have visited the Esemka factory in Boyolali.
